What do we see during the free trial?
The trial is free for 14 days, with no payment method and no automatic charge. It covers 20 buying questions and API sampling on 2 AI platforms, one round a week. On day 7 you get a visibility baseline and gap list: how often you are named, how you are described, what is stated incorrectly, and where the gaps are. Fact cards and the corpus center are read-only during the trial. Read more →

How do you prove the change came from your work?
Every change is measured by a matched re-test: same questions, same platforms, same sampling windows, one variable at a time. Citations count only on an exact normalised-URL match; domain-level resemblance does not count. Rounds that moved nothing are recorded as such. Read more →

We are a foreign company. Can you help us appear in Chinese AI assistants?
That is the case we are set up for. Chinese assistants draw on Chinese-language sources that most foreign sites never produce, so the work is establishing a verifiable Chinese-language fact layer about your company and publishing it where those crawlers actually read. Filing, hosting and platform-account requirements differ by channel and we scope those before quoting. Read more →

Why does my company not show up in DeepSeek, Doubao or Qwen?
Usually one of three things: there is nothing machine-readable about you online; there is content but it sits where crawlers cannot reach it; or there is content that contradicts itself, so the model cannot settle on a claim. The three need different fixes, so we run a baseline sample before changing anything. Read more →

How do I find out whether AI assistants mention my company?
Turn the questions your buyers actually ask into a question set, then ask them repeatedly across assistants at different times of day and record each answer: whether you were named, how you were described, and which pages were cited. A single result proves nothing; repeated sampling is the data. Read more →

What is GEO and how is it different from SEO?
SEO optimises where you rank in a list of links. GEO optimises what an assistant says when someone asks a question and reads one answer instead of ten results. Assistants lean on structured, verifiable, attributable facts rather than keyword placement. MianxiangAI works on the second: it turns company facts into citable form and re-tests the answers across 12 AI entry points, including Doubao, DeepSeek and ChatGPT. Read more →

How is our data protected?
Only facts you have cleared for public use enter the corpus; unapproved material is not used for generation. Every model call is logged, and sensitive fields are masked by rule before a request leaves. Role permissions, tenant isolation and operation auditing are configured as part of delivery. Read more →

Is this considered manipulation or spam?
We do not automate account registration or sign-in, we do not post in bulk, and we do not buy traffic. Publishing happens in your own accounts and is done by a person. The system handles the ledger, indexing checks, re-testing and citation tracking. Read more →

Will AI-generated content be flagged by the platforms?
In our process AI produces drafts only; publication requires human review, and AI-generated or synthetic content is labelled under China's Measures for Labelling AI-Generated Synthetic Content. The fact gate is hard: a claim with no verified fact behind it cannot enter the corpus. Read more →

Can we license the system and run it with our own team?
Yes. The SaaS edition gives your own team the GEO and corpus system and you produce the content; the managed service means we run the loop from question set through re-test. It is the same system either way, and it can also be deployed inside your own environment. Read more →

How is GEO priced?
The SaaS editions have published list prices: the Trial is free for 14 days, Standard is ¥1,980 a month, Professional is ¥4,980 a month, and Enterprise or on-premises starts at ¥98,000. Managed services are quoted within published indicative ranges. Pricing is by quota (questions, AI platforms, sampling frequency, corpus volume, seats), never by outcome. Formal quotations are issued in writing. Read more →

How is this different from hiring an agency to place articles?
Agencies deliver articles; we deliver against questions. Each piece starts from a specific question, confirms the gap, adds the fact, publishes, and re-tests whether the assistant's answer actually changed. Publishing is done by a person in your own accounts; the system keeps the ledger, the indexing checks, the re-tests and the citation tracking. Read more →

What do we need to provide to get started?
Two things to begin: the handful of buying questions you want to be found for, and whatever existing material evidences your capability, such as certifications, past projects, specifications, and any client names you are cleared to use. Facts need a source before they can enter the corpus, so how verifiable your material is sets the pace. Read more →

How long does GEO take before anything changes?
A baseline report on day 7 tells you how often you are mentioned today, how you are described, and where the gaps are. After that we fill a gap and re-test. When answers change depends on each platform's own crawl and refresh cycle, so we do not promise a date; we commit to comparable re-test data every round. Read more →

We already do SEO. Do we still need GEO?
You do, but you do not start over. The pages your SEO built are the raw material; what is usually missing is the machine-readable layer on top of them: structured fact cards, direct answers, and citable sources. We add that layer to what you have rather than building a second site. Read more →

Which AI assistants do you monitor?
Doubao, Qwen, DeepSeek, Ernie and Baidu AI Search, Kimi, Tencent Yuanbao, Zhipu, Nano AI Search, Bing and Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude. App and API results are always reported in separate columns, because they do not answer the same way. Read more →

Which kinds of companies is GEO a good fit for?
The shared traits matter more than the industry: your buyers ask a lot of questions before deciding, a single deal covers the cost of producing content, and you have verifiable capability worth describing. B2B equipment, enterprise software, professional services and accredited training usually meet all three. Read more →
